How to Change Your Life in 30 Days

Ok so maybe you won’t change your life, as he points out in the video the 30 days sugar free just meant he wanted more sugar on day 31. I think the 30 day challenge is a good way to start changing a habit, learn something, experiment with something new. I know someone who is halfway through a modified version of this challenge and is doing “100 days of Urdu”.

My current 30 day goals are around getting some exercise each day (bit of a fail this week due to circumstances beyond my control), and watching less TV. The two are related, so one of the ways I’m getting exercise  is via a wii.

If you could pick up anything for 30 days what would it be?
